At Nakkd, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and safely. Our shipping policy outlines the details of processing times, shipping methods, costs, and other relevant information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high demand periods (e.g., promotions or holidays), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM MST)

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate or free on orders over $75.

  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout, with duties and taxes paid by the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


International Shipping & Duties

  • We currently ship to select international locations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Nakkd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nakkd.co.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order is processed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.


Incorrect Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Nakkd is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
