Nakkd Policies

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM EST).

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping times may vary.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@nakkd.co.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email returns@nakkd.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Subscription Policy

  • Customers can subscribe for automatic deliveries and save on recurring purchases.
  • Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time via the customer account portal.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges.
